For one evening only, The Second Cut returns with its most deceptive menu yet. Across six courses, every dish contains an imposter—but discovering where, and what, is entirely up to you.
Some ingredients hide in plain sight. Others masquerade as something they're not. Expectations will be challenged, familiar flavours will take unexpected forms, and even the menu itself may not be telling the whole truth.
 
As always, every course has been designed to celebrate creativity, craftsmanship and exceptional produce, with the playful storytelling that has become synonymous with The Second Cut.
The truth won't be revealed until the final course has been served.
