Three little pigs. One six-course tasting menu. An indulgent celebration of pork in all its forms — from delicate and refined to rich, smoky and slow-cooked. Across six courses, humble cuts and bold flavours are reimagined through The Second Cut philosophy, showcasing technique, creativity and a little bit of excess.
